Re: Stacy Flex Building - DES-14-085 – Exterior Shell changes
This project has been approved previously and is currently under construction. The building
owner has made changes in the field, and the inspectors have requested they be submitted for
department approval.
The changes to the approved design are as follows:
1. A-111 Shell – The owner has chosen not to install several windows on the southeast and
northwest corners of the building (see clouds). The northeast corner, the owner has
relocated a door and not installed two windows. The southwest corner, the owner has
moved a proposed window.
2. A-211 Exterior Elevations – See the above for description. In addition, the owner has
chosen not to install several clerestory windows. The owner has also changed the roof
material from standing seam metal roof to architectural asphalt shingles – charcoal gray.
