PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, by easement dated November 171h, 2014 and recorded January 14, 2015 as Instrument
Number 2015-003135 of the records of Ada County, State of Idaho, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. a Delaware
Corporation, granted to City of Meridian, and Idaho Municipal Corporation (City), certain Sanitary Sewer
and Water Main Easements across certain real property legally described and visually depicted in said
Instrument; and,
WHEREAS, subsequent to the recording of Instrument Number 2015-003135, a portion of the Sanitary
Sewer and Water Main Easement is not needed and interferes with the footprint of a planned
improvement on the real property.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby release and
abandon the portion of the rights and easements legally described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit
B, with the intent that the same shall forthwith cease and be extinguished. This Partial Release shall
have no effect on the remainder of the easements set forth in Instrument Number 2015-003135.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused these presents to be executed by its proper
