Certificate of Landscape Completion
I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for Decatur Estates Phase 1. An As-
Built Landscape Plan set has been submitted to accurately depict the landscape as installed. The
following are my findings for the Certificate of Completion for the City of Meridian.
Overall the landscape appears to be well done, however altered from the original submitted
plans (Final Plat Landscape Plans dated 02/25/2016 - License Agreement). An As-Built
Landscape Plan set has been submitted to accurately depict the landscape as installed.
There are (3) Honeylocusts along N. Linder Rd. that are struggling from transplant shock but
appear to be recovering. Trees are to be monitored through next year and replaced if not fully
recovers after one year warranty period.
Perimeter and common lot fencing has been installed per plans except for wrought iron fencing
behind lots 2-5 on block 6 and the side yard fencing on the west side of N. Marche Ave. and N.
Penngrove Way due to construction access to adjacent lot. These fencing areas are to be
installed this week.
The irrigation system was not inspected however the shrub and lawn areas appear to be
receiving adequate water.
Trees and lawn in front of home lots are to be installed during home construction per Landscape
Note #6 on the Final Plat Landscape Plans As-Builts.
