Explorer Drive, Suite 200, Boise, Idaho 83713 Wednesday, September 21, 2016 TM CROSSING SUBDIVISION TIME EXTENSION REQUEST • The TM Crossing Subdivision (PP -12-003) preliminary plat was approved by the Meridian City Council on October 2, 2012; that approval was valid for two years. • A two-year preliminary plat time extension—until October 2, 2016—was granted by the Meridian Planning Director on September 9, 2014 to obtain the City Engineer's signature on a TM Crossing final plat. • The TM Crossing Subdivision first phase final plat was approved by the City Council on September 6, 2016. • Because the City Engineer's signature will not be secured by the October 2, 2016 time -extended date, an additional Time Extension request will be filed with the City as the approved TM Crossing Subdivision final plat is processed for recording. • The Meridian City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the time extension request at a date still to be determined. The site will be posted and notice of the hearing will be mailed to property owners within 300 feet. COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing. The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property under consideration.
