Dear Caleb,
The Meridian City Council approved the TM Crossing Subdivision preliminary
plat on October 2, 2012; a two-year time extension was granted by the Director on
September 9, 2014.
The City Council approved the first phase final plat of TM Crossing Subdivision
on September 6, 2016 and construction of the first building has commenced as
allowed by that approval.
Because the City Engineer's signature will not be secured by the October 2, 2016
preliminary plat's time -extended date, this Time Extension request is filed to
maintain project entitlements as the approved final plat is processed for recording.
The required Time Extension Application Checklist, Development Review
Application, and $493.00 processing fee are enclosed.

Subject: TM Crossing Subdivision Time Extension
The TM Crossing Phase One final plat (back of page) has been approved by the Meridian City Council.
Construction of a 2 -story office building has commenced; a four-story office building will start soon.
Because the final plat will not be recorded before October 2°d, the original approval date of the project,
we will apply for a preliminary plat time extension. This request is limited to project timing only, not
specifics of the development or current construction activity.
Phase Two of TM Crossing will be the subject of future neighborhood meetings and an application and
City Council hearing for detailed site plan review and development agreement modification.
An "open air" meeting has been scheduled to discuss this time extension request; if you have

TM CROSSING SUBDIVISION TIME EXTENSION REQUEST
• The TM Crossing Subdivision (PP -12-003) preliminary plat was approved
by the Meridian City Council on October 2, 2012; that approval was valid
for two years.
• A two-year preliminary plat time extension—until October 2, 2016—was
granted by the Meridian Planning Director on September 9, 2014 to obtain
the City Engineer's signature on a TM Crossing final plat.
• The TM Crossing Subdivision first phase final plat was approved by the
City Council on September 6, 2016.
• Because the City Engineer's signature will not be secured by the October 2,
2016 time -extended date, an additional Time Extension request will be filed
with the City as the approved TM Crossing Subdivision final plat is
processed for recording.
• The Meridian City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the time
extension request at a date still to be determined. The site will be posted and
notice of the hearing will be mailed to property owners within 300 feet.
COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11 -5A -5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hearing.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the form of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public hearing
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received by the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hearing for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
I am aware of the above requirements and will comply with the posting requirements as stated in
UDC 11-5A-5.
