It appears that this development will be connected to a. pressurized irrigation system that is serviced by the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District. The developers will need to contact the district for any concerns they may have relating to assessments and the delivery of surface i-rrigation water for this property before the Boise Project will approve a final plat and irrigation and drainage plan. Written response from the District is required. Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring properties, must .remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
