This property lies within. the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District as noted in the
application, however, it is serviced by the United States' McDonald Lateral and surface
water is delivered by the Boise Project Board of Control.
It appears that this development will be connected to a. pressurized irrigation system that
is serviced by the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District.
The developers will need to contact the district for any concerns they may have relating
to assessments and the delivery of surface i-rrigation water for this property before the
Boise Project will approve a final plat and irrigation and drainage plan. Written response
from the District is required.
Local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to serve neighboring
properties, must .remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement.
If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please do not
hesitate to contact me at (208) 344-1141..
Sincerely,
Bob Carter
