PURPOSE: A request for preliminary plat,
annexation and rezone, and conditional use
approval for 29 single family residential lots
and 10 multi -family lots on 10.39-acres. The
rezone is from RUT to R-8 of approximately
6.87-acres, and RUT to R-15 of approximately
3.52-acres. The CUP is for a request of 48
dwelling units In the R-15 zoning district.
