From: racbug56@aol.com [mailto:racbug56@aol.com ] Sent: Tuesday, September 20, 2016 4:03 PM To: Joshua Beach Subject: cell tower I received a letter on 6/7 letting me know that the 7th day Adventist church located at 1911 n black cat rd would like to submit a development agreement modification application But no menschen of what's it for. and on 6/2 there will be a meting there to discuss what's going on. well I received the letter after the 6/2 date of the meeting so I called the number in the letter to ask questions on what there doing and left numerous message's and no returned calls so I called the building department and talk to Bill and he said that they want to put a cell tower next to my house and need permission from the city to change there agreement. I had to ask the church permission to bury a gas line under my driveway because my furnace broke in my house and I wanted improve my property and upgrade to gas one. and they told me no because it would be to unsightly to look at? my reply was it a small gas line under my gravel dr iveway you will never see it and there reply was you will disturb the gravel and it will look unsightly so no you can not do it, Now they want to put a big ugly very unsightly very disturbing cell tower next to my house! There is no need for a cell tower there, I have T-Mobile and I have no problems with service It works great even in my basement ! I would like to keep the beauty and integrity of are homes and way of life for generations to come. so I have a very very strong No. No cell tower please. John Boubek
