Subject: Silverwater North & South - Commission Rec's to Council for 9/20 Mtg
Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
preliminary plat applications for Silvercreek North & Silvercreek South. These items are scheduled to be on
the City Council agenda on September 20 th . The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway
Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Scott - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the report to the City
Clerk’s office ( mhill@meridiancity.org , cway@meridiancity.org , bshiffer@meridiancity.org and myself (e-
mail or fax) as soon as possible.
