Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed
preliminary plat application for Little Creek. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on
September 20 th . The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm.

Scott - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the report to the City
Clerk’s office ( mhill@meridiancity.org , cway@meridiancity.org , bshiffer@meridiancity.org and myself (e-
