WHEREAS, the subject Agreement was duly recorded in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho on September 14, 2016 as Instrument Number 2016-087031. WEREAS, the subject Agreement was re-recorded in error on the same date as Instrument Number 2016-087113. WHEREAS, the City of Meridian desires to release the second recorded document and affirm the original recorded document in order to avoid confusion in the future. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby release Instrument Number 2016-087113 to remedy the duplicate recorded instrument. IT SHALL BE FURTHER NOTED that this release does not in any way affect the validity of the September 13, 2016 Development Agreement recorded as is Number 2016-087031 and it is the desire of the recording party that said instrument continue to be maintained in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho.
