WHEREAS, by agreement dated the 13th day of September, 2016, CLG, Inc, entered into a Development
Agreement with the City of Meridian regarding the "Gibson Amity Property" on that certain tract of land in Ada
County, Idaho legally described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
WHEREAS, the subject Agreement was duly recorded in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho on September
14, 2016 as Instrument Number 2016-087031.
WEREAS, the subject Agreement was re-recorded in error on the same date as Instrument Number 2016-087113.
WHEREAS, the City of Meridian desires to release the second recorded document and affirm the original recorded
document in order to avoid confusion in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the said City of Meridian does hereby release Instrument
Number 2016-087113 to remedy the duplicate recorded instrument.
IT SHALL BE FURTHER NOTED that this release does not in any way affect the validity of the September 13,
2016 Development Agreement recorded as is
Number 2016-087031 and it is the desire of the recording
party that said instrument continue to be maintained in the records of Ada County, State of Idaho.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE CITY OF MERIDIAN has caused these presents to be executed by its proper
officers thereunto duly authorized this Ula day of September, 2016
