Josh,
we are in agreement with the staff conditions with the exception of Condition 2.1.2, which is the Public Works
condition that we extend 12" water beyond our property boundary limits in Victory Road. In talking to Kyle
Radek, the offsite extension to tie into the existing Sutherland Farm is not required to meet fire flows/service
requirements and we feel anything beyond the standard full frontage extension is an arbitrary requirement not
consistent with conditions put on other developers. Our understanding is that the existing water line is closer to
500 feet offsite, not 55' as stated. We will be requesting this condition be waived by City Council. thank you

Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the
proposed annexation and zoning and preliminary plat for Knightsbridge Subdivision H-2016-0088.
These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on September 20,th 2016. The public
hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail
with any questions.
