In talking to Kyle Radek, the offsite extension to tie into the existing Sutherland Farm is not required to meet fire flows/service requirements and we feel anything beyond the standard full frontage extension is an arbitrary requirement not consistent with conditions put on other developers. Our understanding is that the existing water line is closer to 500 feet offsite, not 55' as stated.
