Vicenza Subdivision No. 3 is located north of West McMillan Road and west of N. Ten Mile Road containing approximately 10.62 acres. The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-4 and was preliminary platted under the name Volterra Subdivision. The site is bordered to the east by unplatted agricultural land. To the west is agricultural land which was preliminary platted with this property. To the north is Vicenza Subdivision No. 4. To the south is Vicenza Subdivision. The project consists of 28 buildable lots and 4 common lots for a total of 32 lots in this phase. The common lots are to be owned and maintained by the developments Homeowners Association. All of the lots in Vicenza Subdivision No. 3 front on public streets and will have access to public utilities located within or adjacent to these Rights of Way. Sewer and potable water is provided to the site via the existing lines installed in the previous development. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. The pressurized irrigation will be supplied from surface irrigation water stored in a pond located in a future phase. The system will be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association.
