Enclosed is the updated final plat application for "Bainbridge Subdivision No. 4". This forty
(40) lot phase includes 36 single-family lots and 4 open space lots as generally identified in
the Bainbridge Subdivision Preliminary Plat (approved August 20°i, 2013).
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable
engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
It should be noted that while this 4°t phase shows two additional lots, compared to that shown
on the preliminary plat, it remains consistent and in substantial compliance with the original
design and approval. An appropriate lot count correction will be addressed in future phases.
