Broadway Avenue Meridian, Idaho 83642 VIA EMAIL RE: H-2016-0094 BAINBRIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 4 (208) 334-8300 itd.idaho.gov The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application for final plat for the Bainbridge Subdivision No. 4 located south of West Chinden Boulevard, east of North Black Cat Road, and north of McMillan Road. ITD has the following comments: 1. ITD has no objections to the final plat for the subdivision being constructed in this location. 2. The project does not abut the State highway system. 3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system. 4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. However, if any surface drainage leaves the site, the NMID requires that a ',-,and Use Change Application is filed for review prior to final platting. Should this development be planning a pressure urban irrigation system that will be owned, operated and maintained by the Irrigation District, I strongly urge you to coordinate with Greg G. Curtis, Water Superintendent for the Irrigation District, concerning the installation of the pressure system.
