CC - Applicant Response to Staff Report1 Machelle Hill From:Van Elg <velg@brightoncorp.com> Sent:Thursday, September 01, 2016 3:30 PM To:Machelle Hill; Sonya Allen; Barbara Shiffer; C.Jay Coles; Charlene Way Cc:Jon Wardle; Mike Wardle Subject:RE: Bainbridge Sub. 4 REVISED Staff Report Sonya, We have received the updated staff report with the correction of Site Specific Condition No 5. This adjustment corrected the required common lot width from 20’ to 15’ (as previous approved). It also provides the opportunity for a Council Waiver of this requirement—in exchange for a 20’ irrigation easement along the southern boundary of the Bainbridge project and along the McMullian Lateral (see UDC 11-3A-6C). Of course, as addressed in the recent meeting with City staff, irrigation representatives, and adjacent developers, the assumption is that development to the south of the lateral will also be required to provide a similar easement (minimum of 10’) or a proportionate common lot on their developments. With this understanding we are prepared to remain on the consent agenda. Sincerely, Van Elg, Planning Manager Brighton Corporation | www.BrightonCorp.com 12601 W. We understand that you are working on getting that correction to the Clerk. With that important correction, we are prepared to remain on the consent agenda.
