Sonya/Bill,
It appears that we have mistakenly shown Lot 27, Block 2 as a common lot/landscape area on our submitted preliminary
plat. We would like to remove this 6758.0 Sq. Ft. from the open space calculations as this lot is intended to be used for
access in the long term. This would reduce our qualified open space from 2.5 acres to 2.35 acres (10.78%). Please let me
know if there are any issues with this plan.
