Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Real Property Located at Lot 2
Block 1 Martinel Sub #96033702, 4606 S. Eagle Rd, Meridian, ID 83642
This Addendum is made and entered into by and between JLJ, Inc., and Idaho Corporation (Applicant for
Logan Creek Subdivision) and Roger and Teresa Taylor (owner of Lot 2 Block 1 Martinel Sub #96033702, 4606 S.
Eagle Rd, Meridian, ID 83642). All Parties in this Addendum now amend the agreement as follows:
1. Memorandum of Understanding Item 42 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
At the expense to JLJ, Inc., will provide a 16' wide privacy gate that will be installed between the
Taylor property and Logan Creek Subdivision along S. Martine] Ave. for Taylor's access no later
than December 11t, 2016. Location shall be agreed upon by both parties prior to construction.
Taylors agree to maintain said gate after installation. Said condition is subject to final approval of
final plat by City of Meridian
