Volterra Heights Phase 2 subdivision is located south of West McMillan Road and west of N. Ten Mile Road containing approximately 9.4 acres. The site is located in the City of Meridian with a zoning designation of R-8 and was preliminary platted under the name Volterra Subdivision. The site is bordered to the east by phase 1 of the Volterra Heights Subdivision, to the west is Volterra Heights which was preliminary platted with this property. To the south is an agricultural property and the north is W. McMillan Road. The project consists of 28 buildable lots and 4 common lots for a total of 32 lots in this phase. The common lots are to be owned and maintained by the developments Homeowners Association. Sewer and potable water is provided to the site via the existing lines installed in the previous development. Pressurized irrigation will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. The pressurized irrigation will be supplied from surface irrigation water stored in a pond located in a future phase. The system will be owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association.
