Re: TM Crossing Staff Report Conditions
On Monday, August 22, 2016, representatives of Brighton Corporation met with Public Works
Department Staff to discuss certain issues centered on Site Specific Conditions of approval #10
and #11. As a result of that discussion, we feel that it is in the best interest of the City and
Brighton to strike these two conditions from the staff report. The applicant has committed to
making some voluntary modifications to the design of their pressurized irrigation system that
will help facilitate the connection of the recycled water system at some future point in time.
