Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the updated final plat application for "TM Crossing Subdivision No. I ". The 21
lots shown on the final plat represent the first commercial lots for this exciting new project in
south Meridian—at the intersection of S. Ten Mile Road and I-84. As you are aware, the
Civil Plans were already submitted for this commercial project and are currently under
review.
Statement of Conformance
As previously discussed and agreed, the plat remains in substantial conformance with: (1) The
uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and DA; (2) the use requirements and
provisions of the UDC; and (3) acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local
standards.
The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years. This
submittal now represents a substantial milestone to the establishment of this commercial
corridor and the opportunities it will bring to the citizens and the City of Meridian, etc.
Applicable Applications and Proiect files:
CPAM-12-001, AZ -12-005, PP -12-003 and TED -14-001 and the recently MDA H-2016-0054
