State Ave. — Proposed Scentsy Development concerning: Vacation— Public Utility Easement Dear Ms. Watters: We are pleased to submit an Easement Vacation application for easements located along the inside parcel lines of a proposed Lot Consolidation, located at 2425, 2463 and 2501 E. State Ave. within the City of Meridian. The site is in the Southwest X the Northeast % of Section 8 of Township 3N, Range 1E. The Easements to be vacated were created on the official plat of Lots 2, 3 & 4, Block 5 of Gemtone Center No. 5, recorded December 8, 2004 as Instrument No. 7529704, records of Ada County, Idaho. Similar Easements are shown on the Record of Survey No. 7825, recorded February 8, 2007 as Instrument No. 107028716, records of Ada County, Idaho. No utilities currently exist within this easements. We have received letters consenting to vacation of this easement from all the applicable utility companies, which are enclosed with this application.
