Although I have not heard back from the architect, I believe we are in agreement with all the conditions except
the requirement for additional building types listed under condition 1.1.1.d. The developer has built similar
developments within the City of Meridian that included a single footprint. The developer proposes to use a
variety of building materials, color schemes and building orientation to vary the look of each building.
Thanks Sonya for working with us on the changes we needed to make due to the ACHD conditions.
