Longwing Ln., Suite #110 - The Village at Meridian - Meridian, Idaho Sonya: Please find attached the Design Review (DR) and Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC) submittal for the new 2,276 s.f. "Vanilla Shell" tenant improvement and new storefront system at Suite #110 within the Village at Meridian Building 'H' shell. In addition to some minor improvements to the interior to provide a "Vanilla Shell" for a future tenant, a new exterior storefront assembly is proposed under this application. The future tenant use proposed is consistent with what was anticipated to populate this space. In addition, the design of the proposed storefront assemblies is consistent with the Village's architectural design aesthetic. The City's requirement for weather protection (Meridian Code 11 -3A -19A.4) will be provided by fabric awning as part of the Tenant's improvement scope. As in the case with previous Village applications, the exterior building signage shall be submitted to the City for approval at a later date.
