Josh,
I’ve reviewed the staff report. I question 5.1 C. a,b,c,d. Requirements for building permits. In the past, if we have a
hydrant close by and the fire truck can get within 150’ of the building, the activated water system was not required, the
sewer testing and approval was not required, nor the road base or street sign. Is your requirement coming from the Fire
Department or Public Works?
There is an existing fire hydrant within 100’ of the property. And the lots we anticipate building on are accessible from
Ustick and /or Pebble Stone Drive to the northeast within 150’.
I will contact Fire Department 1 st thing Monday.

modification for Creason Creek H-2016-0087. This item is scheduled to be on the Council agenda on August
16, 2016. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please
call or e-mail with any questions.
