On behalf of CS2, LLC, we are submitting this Final Plat Amendment Application for Creason Creek
Subdivision. The site is 15.75 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and N.
Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho.
Due to ACHD drainage requirements, we are amending our Final Plat to convert Lot 4, Block 1 to a
common lot / drainage facility and relocating the proposed pathway out of the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation
easement.
