The site is 15.75 acres in size and located at the southeast corner of W. Ustick Road and N. Linder Road, Meridian, Idaho. Due to ACRD drainage requirements, we are amending our Final Plat to convert Lot 4, Block 1 to a common lot / drainage facility and relocating the proposed pathway out of the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation easement. As such, the Subdivision Plat, Conditions of Approval, and Landscape Plan listed in Exhibit "B" of the recorded Development Agreement should be amended to reflect the amended Final Plat. In addition, since the project consists of four (4) parcels, we are requesting the approval of four (4) building permit early starts.
