Broadway Ave., Suite 210 Meridian, Idaho 83642 DATE: August 15, 2016 RE: Response to Staff Report for MDA MFP H-2016-087 – Creason Creek We have reviewed the Staff Report and concur with the report, but request a change in Conditions Governing Development of Subject Property, 5.1.c, subsections a, b, c, & d, which reads as follows: After meeting with Fire Department representative Rick Jackson on site, it appears that we can meet fire requirements without all of the site improvements as listed above being in place. Our request for early starts would be restricted to Lots 14 & 15, Block 2, and Lots 2 & 3, Block 3 of the proposed plat. As such, Emergency Services access would be provided into the site approximately 170’ and water would be provided from an existing hydrant located at the intersection of Ustick Road and N. West 12 th Drive, approximately 165’ from the existing stub street W. Pebble Stone Drive. I have attached a plan that depicts our proposal.
