HPC – June 2016
Robbie has been gone to a grandson’s graduation. Carol has not been in on Mondays during
May.
We received a notebook with Meridian Times extracts about the early Creamery from Mr. Baird,
nephew of the early Meridian Times editor’s nephew.
Members helped with the Historic Preservation Commissions open house evening. Commission
members returned the items on display back to the storage room. Josh & Blaine plan to ride the
tandem bicycle in the Dairy Show parade.
We provided information on the early days of Storey Park to the Police department for their adult
tours.
The Nazarene Church is celebrating their 100th anniversary & we have assisted them in gathering
information for display boards for each decade. They have given us a copy of those boards for
the Archives files for their church.
