Leslie suggested that we could create a quick handout that invites people to be sponsors for next year’s series. The group as a whole supported the idea of creating a more rigorous sponsorship package that would make sponsorships wider and more attractive. Hillary stated that she thinks that the Request for Proposals and Agreement between WineGlass could be re-evaluated and re-contracted for next year. Cara said that WineGlass would be willing to serve in this role again and take on the selection and hiring of bands. Leslie said that working with a Production Company is more appealing to booking agents and allows the PC to book well in advance (at least a year ahead). Cara said that WineGlass would take on booking, but likely not want to take on marketing or fundraising next year due to the fact that they are still growing, but that this may change down the line. That said; Cara has started contracting with a company that is really good at marketing that she may be able to work with them for Concerts on Broadway 2017. Stephanie asked about the Meridian Arts Foundation’s ability to sponsor. Cara suggested that Mary and Leslie should have a meeting with the President and Vice President of the Meridian Arts Foundation. 5.
