Land Use Public Hearing Process: After the Public Hearing is opened the staff report will be
presented by the assigned City planner. Following Staff’s report the applicant has up to 15
minutes to present their application. Each member of the public may provide testimony up to 3
minutes or if they are representing a larger group, such as a Homeowners Association, they are
allowed 10 minutes. The applicant is then allowed 10 additional minutes to respond to the
public’s comments. No additional public testimony is taken once the public hearing is closed.

Situated in the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township
3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho Containing 41.07
acres of land, Establishing and Determining the Land Use Zoning
Classification of R-8 (Medium Density Residential) in the Meridian City
Code; and Providing an Effective Date.
B. Ordinance No_____________________: An Ordinance of the City of
Meridian (H-2016-0040) Granting re-zoning of a Parcel Located in the SE ¼
of the NE ¼ of Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian
being part of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3 and 4 of Block 3 of NIDAY’S
SUBDIVISION as shown in Book 2 of Plats at Page 75 in the Office of the
Recorder, Ada County, Idaho. This parcel contains .271 acres more or less.
