Re: Linder Pet Medical
Dear Ms. Watters,
Thank you for sending the Staff Report you prepared for Linder Pet Medical to us last Friday, July 1st.
We have reviewed the report and agree with staff recommendations for approval with the exception of
a revised landscape plan addressing the landscape buffer along the east side of the property. We will
submit an application for alternative compliance for artificial turf in the pet enclosure as set forth in
UDC 11-5B-5.
Please be aware that the Parking Section of the Staff Report states that 9 bicycle spaces are
provided. Our plans call for (1) bike rack with two bike spaces which is what we are planning to install.
I remain available to address any questions or other issues related to this application should they
arise. I look forward to seeing you at the meeting tomorrow evening.
