A public park is required to be included in the development. The development shall be consistent with the preliminary plat which depicts 11.45 8.24 acres of open space in the center of the development. City Council shall decide at some point in the future whether the park is City-owned. If not, park shall be owned and maintained as a park amenity for residents of the development.
