Sonya. On behalf of my clients, Boise-Waltman, LLC, please accept this request to once again table my applications for
Browning Plaza Subdivision Preliminary Plat Time Extension and Development Agreement Modification to a future date.
We are working with a potential buyer and meeting with the Mayor and City staff on possible changes to the
development that may result in a withdrawal of these active applications. If we could be put on the table until the last
Council meeting in August, that should give us ample time to figure things out.
