On behalf of my clients, Boise-Waltman, LLC, please accept this request to once again table my applications for Browning Plaza Subdivision Preliminary Plat Time Extension and Development Agreement Modification to a future date. We are working with a potential buyer and meeting with the Mayor and City staff on possible changes to the development that may result in a withdrawal of these active applications.
