Why would the police take this training?
Trained over 100 members of the police department.
We received great feedback from our employees.

Parks and Recreation
Why?
1 in 10 children are sexually abused before their 18th birthday.
This rate of 1 in 10 derived only from studies which only count contact abuse.
This program is excellent for everyone
and especially for staff and volunteers in you serving organizations.
Parks and Recreation members have the opportunity to help in the prevention of child sexual abuse.

What does the program entail?
Two (2) to two and a half (2.5) hours of evidence informed training.
You will hear survivors explain the importance of a program.

Seize the Opportunity to Become a Partner in Prevention
Training employees and volunteers using Stewards of Children. Specifically, training at least 90% of a those that work directly with youth.

Idaho Children’s Trust Fund
Normally it is a cost of $10 per participant to cover the cost of materials.
However there is an opportunity for free On-Line Training by contacting PintarN@dhw.idaho.gov.
