Additional costs for these items will be incurred as part of developer agreements. *Includes 20% contingency. 27 Phasing Kleiner Park Trust anticipates they will design and construct the park as currently planned If costs exceed the Trust’s budget, elements may be prioritized and phased Budget does not include any additional recreational facilities (rec center, aquarium, tennis, aquatics).
