1. DEVELOPMENT IN THIS SUBDIVISION SHALL CONFORM TO THE
APPLICABLE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN IN
EFFECT AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
