1, ALL LOTS ARE SUBJECT TO A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES, CITY OF MERIDIAN STREET
LIGHTS, IRRIGATION AND LOT DRAINAGE OVER THE TEN (10) FEET ADJACENT TO EAST CARLTON AVENUE.
THIS EASEMENT SHALL NOT PRECLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF HARD -SURFACED DRIVEWAY AND WALK-
WAY ACCESS TO THE LOTS.
2. ANY RE -SUBDIVISION OF THIS PLAT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE APPLICABLE ZONING REGULATIONS IN EFFECT
AT THE TIME OF THE RESUBDMSON.
3. THIS SUBDIVISION FALLS WITHIN THE NAMPA-MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DISTRICT AND THIS LOT WILL BE SUBJECT
TO THE ASSESSMENTS OF SAID DISTRICT. THE OWNER HAS PROVIDED IRRIGATION WATER TO ALL LOTS

5. MAINTENANCE OF ANY IRRIGATION OR DRAINAGE PIPE OR DITCH CROSSING A LOT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE LOT OWNER UNLESS SUCH RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY AN IRRIGATION/DRAINAGE ENTITY.
6. BOTTOM OF BUILDING FOOTINGS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE THE ESTABLISHED NORMAL HIGH
