1. MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACK LINES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING ORDINANCE AT THE TIME OF ISSUANCE
OF THE BUILDING PERMIT. ALL LOT, PARCEL AND TRACT SIZES SHALL MEET DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS AS ESTABLISHED IN
