1. Any Re -Subdivision of this plat shall comply with the applicable regulations in
effect at the time of the re -subdivision.
2. 12' Utility and drainage easement abut all public right-of-way and
subdivision boundaries and centered on all Lot lines. Unless noted otherwise.
J. Minimum building setback lines shall be in accordance with the applicable
zoning and subdivision regulations at the time of issuance of the building
permit or as specifically approved and/or required.
4. This development falls within the Nampa -Meridian Irrigation District and has
been excluded from said District per Inst. No. 8008695. Idaho Code Section
31-3805(a).
5. This development recognizes Section 22-4503 of the Idaho Code, Right to
Form Act, which states: "No agricultural operation or on appurtenance to it
shall be or become a nuisance, private or public, by any changed conditions
in or about the surrounding nonagricultural activities after the some has been
in operation for more than (i) year, when the operation was not c nuisance
at the time the operation began, Provided that the provisions of this Section
shall not apply whenever a nuisance results from the improper or negligent

6. Lots shall not be reduced in size without prior approval from the Health

7. No additional domestic water supplies shall be installed beyond the water
system approved in sanitary restriction release.
8. Reference is made to public health letter on file regarding additional
restrictions.
9. The landscape buffers along the North boundary line, W. Cherry Lane and N.
West 8th Street shall be maintained by the Cammann Park Homeowers
Association.
10. The bottom elevation of building footing shall be set a minimum of 12
inches above highest known normal ground water elevation.
UNPLATTED 11. No development agreement will be recorded in Ado County, Idaho,
concurrently with the recording of this Subdivision plat.
12. No covenants and restrictions will be recorded in Ada County, Idaho,
concurrently with the recording of this Subdivision plot.
13. The access easements shown on the face of the plat will be maintained by
the Lot owners and there shall be no conditions or restriction attached to
said easements.
