This deed is made to correct that certain deed among the parties hereto dated June 25,
1997, which was recorded as instrument 97051508 by the Ada County Recorder's Office on
June 30, 1997. Said deed was recorded in error and the parties did not intend by that deed to
transfer the property therein described, such deed being given to Grantee as part of the
administrative approval process only.
For Value Received, DOUGLAS W. TAMURA, a Single Person, and ARTHUR J.
BERRY, a Married Man dealing with his Sole and Separate Property,
the GRANTORS, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the ADA COUNTY
