Lakeview Meridian Investors, LLC (LMI) remains as the lessor; Oaas Laney are the sole members,
LMI has renewed its contract with Raven Golf Services (RGS) to manage the golf course
property; RGS is well respected in the Valley and manages courses throughout Idaho

system inadequacy continues to cause operational problems (overwater and dry spots); cost to replace estimated at $500,000 to $1,000,000 CONTINUES
