Dear Mayor and Council,
This application is for the fourth phase of Heritage Grove Subdivision located at the NW
corner of Locust Grove and Ustick. This first phase consists of thirty-one (31) new single
family lots: eighteen (18) traditional lots, seven (7) alley lots, and six (6) muse lots. The
plat also includes four (4) landscape -common lots. The preliminary plat, PUD, rezone and
DA were approved by the Council on April 15, 2014 (Heritage Grove Subdivision - AZ -14-
003; PUD -14-001; PP -14-001 and MDA -14-001). The final plat for the previous phase was
approved on September 18, 2015. This final plat complies with those UDC and approvals
specific to this project, and acceptable engineering and surveying practices and local
standards.

Re: Heritage Grove Subdivision - Groundwater Certification
To whom it may concern,
This letter is to state that no groundwater was observed within three feet (3') of the finished
centerline of the roads designed in the above referenced subdivision.
A geoteehnicaI investigation was conducted for the subject property by Geoengineers in
September of 2007. A report was prepared by Gcoengineers and sealed by Steven Richey, PE
on 4/4/2007. The report states that no evidence of groundwater was found to a depth of eight
to 12 feet at various locations on the property. Subsequent monitoring of subsurface
piezometers on the site confirmed their observations.
