A geoteehnicaI investigation was conducted for the subject property by Geoengineers in September of 2007. A report was prepared by Gcoengineers and sealed by Steven Richey, PE on 4/4/2007. The report states that no evidence of groundwater was found to a depth of eight to 12 feet at various locations on the property.
