Attached are:
1) copy of warranty deed, Instr. No. 94110282, for the property within
what is now The Lake at Cherry Lane. I have highlighted what I think
are the incorrect lines and printed what is probably correct in red.
2) sketches and correspondence with Keith Jacobs and Charles Eddy of
Pacific Land Surveyors. As stated in their latest fax transmittal, they do
not believe an ownership problem. exists.
The boundaries of the final plat of The Lalce at Cherry Lane No. 3 and the proposed
final plat of The Lake at Cherry Lane No. 4 do match. The warranty deed (dated
October 1996) also matches the boundary shown on those two plats. Therefore, it
appears any problem would have to be corrected on the warranty deed mentioned in
Item 1 above.
