As stated in their latest fax transmittal, they do not believe an ownership problem. exists. The boundaries of the final plat of The Lalce at Cherry Lane No. 3 and the proposed final plat of The Lake at Cherry Lane No. 4 do match. The warranty deed (dated October 1996) also matches the boundary shown on those two plats. Therefore, it appears any problem would have to be corrected on the warranty deed mentioned in Item 1 above.
