To Whom it May Concern: The City of Meridian does hereby consent to Cherry
Lane Recreation, Inc., an Idaho Corporation, entering into that certain Leasehold
Deed of Trust, using as security its Leasehold interest in, and to, that certain
"Agreement of Lease" by and between the City of Meridian and the said Cherry Lane
Recreation, Inc., dated the V day of October, 1978, which Leasehold Deed of Trust
shall be, by and among, the Cherry Lane Recreation, Inc., an Idaho Corporation, as
Borrower/Grantee , Pioneer Title Company of Ada County, Trustee, and Idaho
Independent Bank, Lender and Beneficiary.
This consent is issued pursuant to a request of Cherry Lane Recreation,
Inc., an Idaho Corporation, which requests the same to enable it to meet condition no.
2.20 of that certain conditional use permit issued to Cherry Lane Recreation, Inc., an
Idaho Corporation, in the City of Meridian Case No. CUP -99-009, for the construction
and use of a golf course club house facility, upon the real property which is the
s ject of the said "Agreement of Lease", and pursuant to section 14 of said Lease
