point of tangent; thence North 68 00100" West 171.40 feet to a
point of curve; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the left
78.86 feet, said curve having a central angle of 25 49114", a
radius of 175.00 feet, tangents of 40.11 feet and a long chord
of 78.20 feet bearing North 80 54137" West to a point of ending
of curve; thence leaving said proposed centerline of Woodmont
Drive along a non -tangent line South 05 35'15" West 25.40 feet
to a point marking the Northwesterly corner of Lot 84, Block 5
of said proposed Cherry Lane Village No. 3 Subdivision, also
said point being on the Southerly right-of-way line of said
proposed Woodmont Drive, also said point being the REAL POINT OF

proposed Woodmont Drive, also said point being a point on curve;
thence Northeasterly along a non -tangent curve to the right
along said Southerly right-of-way line of proposed Woodmont
Drive 15.01 feet, said curve having a central angle of 05°
44' 02", a radi us of 150.00 feet, tangents of 7.51 feet and a
long chord of 15.00 feet bearing North 810 43136" East to the
point of beginning, comprising 565.2 square feet (0.013 acre),
more or less.
