WE DISCOVERED THIS IN OCTOBER OF THIS YEAR AND OBTAINED A CORRECTION DEED, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED FOR YOUR REVIEW. SINCE THE COUNTY DIDN'T SHOW THE PROPERTY DEEDED TO THE CITY FOR 1996, NAMPA MERIDIAN IRRIGATION DIDN'T SEGREGATE THE PARCEL FOR ASSESSMENT PURPOSES EITHER. ENCLOSED IS A COPY OF THIER BILL WHICH INCLUDES THE GOLF COURSE PROPERTY CONVEYED WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED DEED AS WELL AS THE BALANCE OF THE BARNEY GROUND. AS WE DISCUSSED, PLEASE HAVE THE CITY ENGINEER REVIEW THE DISCRIPTIONS AND DETERMINE THE ACREAGE CONVEYED TO THE CITY THAT IS PART OF THE BILL. MARY BARNEY HAS PAID THE FIRST 1/2 OF THE 1996 ASSESSMENT ON THE WHOLE BILL, BUT WOULD LIKE THE CITY TO PAY FOR THIER PORTION OF THE BILL IN THE 2ND 1/2 PAYMENT.
