RE: H-2016-0061 HARMONY HILLS ASSISTED LIVING
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced development agreement
modification and conditional use application for Harmony Hills Assisted Living located at 1521 and
1529 South Tech Lane south of I-84. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to an assisted living facility being constructed in this location.
2. No access to I-84 is requested and none is approved with this application. I-84 is a full access
controlled highway.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
If you have any questions, you may contact Ken Couch at 332-7190 or me at 332-7191.
Sincerely,
James K. Morrison
