Page 2 Under V Staff Analysis Second Paragraph. Refers to Falconers Place Subdivision should be Brinegar Prairie Subdivision No 1 IV SITE SPECIFIC CONDITIONS Condition 3 calls building elevations to be submitted for Lot 5, Block 2 which is a common lot. Page 3 condition 14 calls for Type I lights along Eagle Road which is some distance from this subdivision. Maybe should be Ten Mile Road. These are the items we see that should be addressed. Kent this isn’t possible in this case because we didn’t get you the staff report until after Thursday at 3pm. This will be an action item on the agenda, so expect to at least answer a quick question from the Council. If you are in agreement with the conditions of approval contained in the staff report and you submit a written response accordingly by Thursday at 3:00 pm, your item will be placed on the consent agenda; consent agenda items are passed in one motion by the Council at the beginning of the meeting. Note: If you are in agreement with the staff report, it is still recommended you attend the meeting in the event the item is pulled off of the consent agenda.
