Re Isola Creek (Bellano Creek) Subdivision – Ph. 3
Certificate of Landscape Completion
I have reviewed the installation and completion of the landscape for Isola Creek (Bellano) Subdivision
Ph. 3 per the Final Plat Landscape Plans dated 02/04/16 (City Comments). The following are my
findings for the Certificate of Completion for the City of Meridian.
Overall the landscape appears to be well done and completed per plans. There is (1) two gallon
Crimson Pygmy Barberry missing at the north end of the planting bed located east of lots 8 and
10 in Block 4 that will need to be installed.
Trees and lawn in front of home lots are to be installed during home construction per Landscape
Note #8 on the Final Plat Landscape Plans.
All perimeter and common lot fencing has been installed per plans.
The irrigation system was not inspected but I witnessed it running within the southernmost
common lot during my review and the planting and lawn areas appear to be receiving adequate
amounts of water.
