On behalf of SCS Brighton, please note our concurrence with the staff report's recommendation for approval of the
requested DA Mod. We trust that the Council will also affirm its agreement with our 2012 request for an alternative
street name for the internal roadway that aligns with W. Verbena Street in the adjacent Primrose Subdivision.
We will be in attendance to answer Council questions.
